SAP Business One Mobile Application

Run your business from any location, at any time with the mobile app for SAP Business One. Using an iPhone or Android phone, your users can access the relevant SAP Business One data to streamline sales, handle service tickets, manage customers and contacts, view reports and much more.
There is no additional charge for the mobile app if the user already has an SAP Business One license. Also available is a special mobile application license, which grants a user access to the mobile-only app.

SAP Business One supports three mobile apps:

SAP Business One Mobile App

This is the traditional mobile app available for SAP Business One with SQL version. Access, create, and change all relevant information so employees can make better decisions and respond to customer needs faster.
With this app users can create/view/edit/change activities, approvals & alerts, business partners, inventory, sales documents, sales opportunities, service contracts & calls, and view reports and dashboards.

The sales app is for use with SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA (not available for the SQL version) and operates on iPhone or Android. SAP Business One Sales lets you effectively handle your sales activities anywhere, anytime. Sales reps gain access to the most relevant business information and processes, for efficient and successful management of customers and sales.
Great for businesses with salespeople who spend time on the road. Works with a Wi-Fi / phone data plan or use the caching for offline mode.

SAP Business One Service App

This App works with SAP Business One version for SAP HANA (not available for SQL version).
Great for service-based businesses with mobile technicians who need to view and edit service tickets. From the app, service users can check in/out, call customers, take photos and view service history. The ticket summary captures a report of service ticket details, can capture a customer signature and generate a PDF.

  • SAP Business One Service enables you to perform the following over Wi-Fi or cellular networks
  • View and filter your service tickets and synchronize them to your calendar.
  • Resolve your service tickets:
    • Edit, close, share and print service tickets.
    • Scan barcodes or QR codes to identify items as needed and update information.
    • User favourite options to check in and check out, call customers, take photos and view service history.
  • Take quick actions to manage sales orders that are links to a service call.
